I —Me— had the best time reading Percy Jackson and the Sword of Hades. It was like taking a trip down memory lane because I’ve been a huge fan of Rick Riordan’s work since I was a kid. He never disappoints with his epic adventures and this one was no different. With action-packed scenes, witty humor, and well-developed characters, this book is a must-read for anyone who loves fantasy and Greek mythology. Trust me, you won’t be able to put it down.
My friend Jessica couldn’t stop raving about Horrible Histories G by Terry Deary & Martin Brown. Being a history buff, she was instantly drawn to this book and boy, was she blown away! She couldn’t stop laughing at the hilarious illustrations and fun facts about ancient Greece. Even though this book is aimed at kids, it’s definitely entertaining for adults too. Kudos to Deary and Brown for making learning history so much fun!
I recommended Percy Jackson and the Sword of Hades to my cousin Tim as a birthday gift and he absolutely loved it! He’s not much of a reader but he finished it in one sitting because he just couldn’t put it down.
